The Kunlun brand segment bearings(also caster bearing, CARB bearing) has no cage as for due to it is full complement roller, we made the speical heat treatment during the manufacturing, so the segment bearings can be driven in the higher temperature for long time and the shape dimension will not be changed. When the caster bearing is mounted on the shaft or bearing housing, the two bearing rings and full row rollerw must be centred accurately to each other, when installing the bearing, if the shaft and housing is located in the horizontal position it will be much better. If you must install the bearing on the vertical axis or vertical bearing housing, you should use the tool which can keep the alignment.
