We have been producing metal parts for water meters and valves by sand casting and gravity casting for almost 20 years. The material can be brass like CuZn40Pb2, bronze or iron. And we are experienced in this industry.
High precision metal parts processing is our new production line. We mainly produce the components with the diameter scale of 0.5-13mm and the length scale of 0.05-80mm. The tolerance can be within 0.005mm. The material we processed includes various copper alloy, aluminium alloy, iron, steel, etc. And we are able to apply surface treatment or heat treatment to the parts so that they have high precision level as well as exquisite appearance. By now, we have been supplying our components to the communication industry, military industry, meter industry and toys industry.
