Basket Blasters (Include tumble Blasters) are batch blasters that have a blast gun or blast guns mounted inside a cabinet loaded with a rotating basket filled with small parts or sometimes they have a continuous belt depending on the manufacturer and model. Basket Blasters are used in place of time consuming hand blasting cabinets making them economical and efficient. They can also be very compact in size compared to traditional style blast cabinets. Basket Blasters are also available with built-in dust collection and reclamation systems along with a timer to help deliver consistent results. Other options available include oscillating blast nozzles, variable speed control, a viewing window, an unloading chute for parts, and specially coated baskets for hard abrasives. Various packages are available depending on your needs and the type of abrasive required for your process.
