Production Process:
Roll-formed roof feeding stepping curving finished curved roof
Composition:
1. Setting the interval between 2 punching rows by CNC interface.
2. Feeding the sheet to punching head by servo motor, 0.75
3. Clamping the sheet by pneumatic device.
4. Punching the sheet step by step to form curve demanded by hydraulic system.
5. Hydraulic Curving & oil pump motor: 5.5 kw
6. Minimum curving radius: R=300 mm
7. Curving speed: 20 times / min
8. Curving radius: ≥ 300 mm
