Main equipment: Drop forging equipment, End milling machine, Grinding pressure equipment, hydraulic forging press, Numerical control lathe, CNC-machine, machine-center etc
Forged part name: Forging shaft, forged ring, forging block or flange, etc. Most of our forge parts are produced according to yours forging drawings.
Heat treatment: Quenching, Normalizing, Tempering, etc. With the help of heat treatment process, It is OK for us to control the mechanical properties very well, such as hardness, tensile strength, etc
Package: Inner packing with strong plastic bag, carton box outside and iron box to protect it finally.
Packing dimension would be according to the products dimension and quantity.
Quality inspection: UT( Ultrasonic Testing), MT, X-ray test, Spectrometer, Tensile strength, Impact test machine, Hardness tester, etc
