Feature:
1. Stronger structure. Adopt high quality and thickness steel to make sure the whole set is firm and stable enough when the machine is running. The main cylinder adopts forged steel with heat treatment to extra-long service life. Meanwhile, the stronger structure of the whole set can prolong the lifespan of machine.
2. Pump: This extrusion press is equipped with variable piston pump with zero flow control function; It can automatically control the output of pump according to the change of pressure.
3. Electric power consumption is low and oil temperature does not easily rise up.
4. Extrusion working velocity is adjustable speed loop of 6 sections of velocity of electronic control. So speed control is also available.
5. The hydraulic cylinder with the function of overpressure protection, safety for operators.
6. Four pieces cylinders for die-locking, stronger locking and opening force, stable and comfortable container moving;
7. Pre-stress system. High pressure cylinder operating independently of the press hydraulic system impose a finely adjusted pre-stressing force on the tie rod to provide a press frame of high and uniform stiffness,
8. Machine seat: Extra-rigidity design, welded jointing parts, with back fire treatment for hardening and strengthening.
