We established our die casting foundry in 2006, which can do aluminum die casting. The workshop including 10 die casting machine with the capacity from 120 tons to 800 tons. The area of the foundry covers more than 10000 square meters, it owns 78 workers ,15 of them are engineers. Our die casting products are widely used in the industry of automobile, gearbox transmission, Motorcycle, electronic, etc.

Die casting process
Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mold cavity. Die-casting can be done using a cold chamber or hot chamber process.
In a cold chamber process, the molten metal is ladled into the cold chamber for each shot. There is less time exposure of the melt to the plunger walls or the plunger. This is particularly useful for metals such as Aluminum, and Copper (and its alloys) that alloy easily with Iron at the higher temperatures.
In a hot chamber process the pressure chamber is connected to the die cavity is immersed permanently in the molten metal. The inlet port of the pressurizing cylinder is uncovered as the plunger moves to the open (unpressurized) position. This allows a new charge of molten metal to fill the cavity and thus can fill the cavity faster than the cold chamber process. The hot chamber process is used for metals of low melting point and high fluidity such as tin, zinc, and lead that tend not to alloy easily with steel at their melt temperatures.
Die casting molds (called dies in the industry) tend to be expensive as they are made from hardened steel-also the cycle time for building these tend to be long. Also the stronger and harder metals such as iron and steel cannot be die-cast.

Some are for domestic market, many of them are exported to districts and areas in Japan, US, Canada and Australia.
In 2006, we built our machining plant, which is specilized in precision machining and quality control from raw material to finish. In the mean time, we also invest another die casting foundry in Zhenhai district, which now own 10 die casting machine.
During the business in the field of precison casting, we also have tried to develop sand casting project with our old customer, and now we have gained much experience in this field. After selecting high quality sand casting supplier in Ningbo and nearby, now we have more than 5 sub-factory which can supply us tens of thousands of tons raw parts per year for machining.
Now we also have tight cooperation with Yuanyang factory which has rich experience for manufacturing of Coil/Sheet steel processing machinery lines. We have more than 80 workers including engineers and quality control people. Our shearing machine line and slitting(Cut to length) machine line have been exported to Eastsouth Aisa, Middle East, Africa and Europe.
From 2015, We established coorpartion with Zhongbo factory, which has more than 10 years in the field of manufacturing of coolers & Aluminum plate-fin heat exchanger.
