Zhejiang Dongrun Casting Industry & Trade Co., Ltd, which is established in 1995, is a company specializing in aluminum alloy casting. Our company has obtained ISO9000 certification in 2006 and is now well prepared for the certification of ISO/TS16949. With a building space of 16, 000 square meters and annual revenue of about 100million RMB, our company is mainly exported to European and American markets. Our company has about 200 members of staff, among whom there are thirty employees with university degree, six engineers and technicians, twelve in charge of quality control and five logistics managers. Our company adopts 24-hour working system with day shift and night shift. There are currently three types of casting process: Sand casting, gravity casting and die casting. Our products includes auto parts, rail accessories, medical equipment components, hydraulic components, lighting fittings, hydrant components, building materials and furniture accessories.
At present, we have one sand casting mould workshop and one gravity casting mould workshop which can provide customers with high quality moulds and tooling; Two sand casting workshops, equipe with 6 gravity casting machines; One die casting workshop equipped with 5 die casting machines ranging from 125T-500T; One machining workshop with three axis machining centers, three CNC lathes, two CNC milling machines, two large drilling machines; We have our resin sand core machines, and make complex casting, Our polishing workshop is equipped with 30 polished platforms, and we have two machines for shot blasting,; Power coating workshop, equipped with a large power coating machine. We have our own heat treatment equipment, pressure testing equipment. Our factory is equipped with aluminum alloy material laboratory which is capable to test the aluminum alloy chemical composition and mechanical properties testing. Our strong production strength provide effective guarantee to customers.
