Use clean water to use diluted 80-120 fold, stir evenly. Specific dilution ratio according to temperature and optimum dilution ratio of the actual situation and abrasive alloy castings status adjusted.
Diluted with water: Water softener, such as prohibiting the use of high salt content of seawater hard water.

The water used may be pure water, deionized water, water softener, etc., can not use hard water. Prohibit other release agent mix. A medium, small, simple casting dilution ratio 1: 100-120
B large, complex or deep cavity mold castings dilution ratio 1: 80-100
C determined according to the size and difficulty of casting the appropriate dilution ratio is generally large, thin and complex die casting, mold release agents dilution rate is lower, small, simple casting dilution rate is higher.
