Material & mechanical properties & heat treatment: According to your requirements.
The material we usually used for such parts are:
34CrMo4, 42CrMo4, 20NiCrMo2, AISI 4340, AISI 4140, AISI 8630, S355J2G3,
1045#, 20#, H13, etc. All the materials are according to
GB, JIS, ISO, ANSI, ASTM, BS, DIN, etc.,
Surface treatment: After forging, we can do machining, polishing, oiled (rust-proof), zinc, nickel, chrome plating, hot galvanized, painted.
Forged part name: Forging shaft, forged ring, forging block or flange, etc. Most of our forge parts are produced according to yours forging drawings.
Heat treatment: Quenching, Normalizing, Tempering, etc. With the help of heat treatment process, It is OK for us to control the mechanical properties very well, such as hardness, tensile strength, etc
Quality control: UT( ultrasonic test), MT, etc.
Weight controlled: 0.1-30000KG. For small parts, we will use the mould forging process; For bigger parts, it is OK to use open die forging.
