Hardness of bearing steel material itself 62 ~ ~ 65 (HRC) degree, by the unique heat treatment process, quenching hardness back solution to 45 ~ ~ 48 (HRC) degree (also according to customers need to reconcile the hardness) that is more conducive to clear cutting moment in the process of cutting, so that grit is more wear resistance, less breakable, sharp edges, impact resistance, low consumption and so on.
