MAIN BODY STRUCTURE

Upper roll installment and holding-down device

The upper roll material quality is the 45# steel forging, intermediate frequency quenching processes HRC38-42, the upper roll both sides bearing seat placement sliding bearing. The upper roll sliding bearing uses the SF-2 compound materials.
The holding-down device provides the power by the vice-electrical machinery, through the speed reducer, the worm gear worm bearing adjuster, the lead screw nut machinery transmission torque, drives the upper roll to reciprocate. The worm gear, the nut material quality is zinc base alloy ZA27; The worm bearing adjuster material quality is the 45# forging, quenching and retempering treatment HB245-285.
Lower roll installment
The lower roll installment by the lower roll, the lower roll bearing seat, the lower roll gear, the lower roll sliding bearing and so on is composed. Lower roll primarily action roller, through master drive output gear, lower roll gear, transmission torque to lower roll.
The lower roll material quality is the 45# steel forging, intermediate frequency quenching processes HRC38-42; The lower roll gear material quality is the 45# steel, quenching and retempering treatment HB245-285, the tooth face high-frequency quenching processes HRC40-45. The lower roll sliding bearing uses the SF-2 compound materials.
Main drive
The main drive by the electrical machinery, the gear speed reducer, the brake and so on is composed.
Drop end installment
Drop end installment is to take out the finished cylinder or shell.
Left & right stander and chassis
Welding parts and the inner stress is eliminated via vibration.
ELECTRIC CONTROL SYSTEM
Equipment electrically controlled system by electrically controlled cabinet, operation control console. Power source 415V/50Hz. The main switch has the short circuit protection and the main electrical machinery's over-load protection function. The electrical machinery is reversing by the exchange contact device control; The strong electricity control primary device including the circuit breaker, the fuse, the contact device, the thermal relay, the button, the switch, the indicating lamp and so on uses the DELIXI (CHINT) series completely.
